May we know which law or ruling allows for this “indefinite period” to gather the 75% support required for privatization.
I enquire because I have never come across this kind of a situation where polling takes place, and continues to take place until the magic number is reached!
I’m not complaining, but I want to know whether this is legal. Can the lawyers of the protem committee explain, or can the residents themselves explain?

If not for Philip going the extra mile of contacting me about the exercise, I might not have heard about it and not be given a chance to participate.
