  Please consider that the perimeter fence at the entrance to estate should be a U-shaped for a distance about 3 car lengths into the estate. Same for the guard posts. This is for traffic safety as the cars turning into the estate might be held up or blocked by cars waiting at the entrance. (Security clearance, etc) This situation is common at carparks of premises where there is a security gate near the main road. The cross junction at Shunfu market is rather busy and congested. Otherwise the LTA might request later that the entrance be relocated. Thanks Stephen
